Many activities, organized in respect of the history of this region and its fragile balance, will allow you to enter places away from mass tourism, to know the inhabitants and typical products, while respecting the territory.
Some of these experiences offer the opportunity to combine psycho-physical wellness activities with the exploration of the area: yoga lessons in front of the lake, stand up paddle (SUP) sessions along the coast, various wellness activities practiced at dawn or at sunset, on the lake or in historic medieval villages, all become authentic ways to access the nature and history of the area.
