Individual yoga lesson


Yoga is an ancient discipline that helps the individual to listen to and know themselves deeply, acting simultaneously on body, mind and interiority.

An activity that provides greater muscular flexibility, toning, body awareness, correcting posture, overcoming anxiety and tension to make room for a state of physical and mental relaxation, calm and concentration, acting on the deepest inner states.

The one-hour Hatha Yoga class is based on elements of Hatha, Vinjasa and Dynamic Yoga, and also includes elements of Pranayama (conscious breathing) and meditation.

Level of difficulty

Suitable for all levels of physical fitness (also suitable for pregnant women); the lesson will be tailored to the participant's physical condition and experience.
