A one-to-one postural lesson lasting one hour, designed for those who wish to harmonise their bodies and thus achieve a state of well-being and physical and inner balance.

An intense path of growth, awareness and self-understanding that, through conscious and concentrated breathing, awakens tone and improves physical stability, benefiting the harmony of bearing.

The asana yoga exercises and relaxation practices are designed to help you acquire correct posture, make your body toned and flexible, stretch your muscles, prevent neck and back pain, relieve stress and ensure overall well-being.
