Yoga is an ancient discipline that leads the individual to listen deeply to themselves, acting on body and mind. With this group class, you will achieve greater muscle flexibility, tone, body awareness and a more correct posture.
Under the teacher's guidance, you will act on your deepest inner states, achieving the overcoming of anxiety and tension that will give way to physical and mental relaxation, calm and concentration. The Hatha Yoga class develops from elements of Hatha, Vinjasa and dynamic Yoga, and offers elements of Pranayama (conscious breathing) and meditation.
The experience begins with a healthy morning walk lasting about 10 minutes from Relais Madergnago to the natural terrace of Monte Corno, with a view of the lake, among trees and the scent of flowers. Once the yoga and meditation practice in nature is over, you return to the starting point, walking as a group along a beautiful country path.
