Sup yoga consists of practising yoga on a board very similar to those used by surfers: a moment of relaxation combined with sport, which everyone should treat themselves to at least once in their life.
Stand Up Paddle Yoga is the best way to combine the physical and mental benefits of water exercise with the age-old benefits of yoga.
The lesson takes place a short distance from the shores of Limone sul Garda, where the water is calmer and the wind on the north shore of the lake dies down. During the activity, you can therefore enjoy the summer coolness and suitable conditions to test your balance on the board.

Clothing and gear and other notes
Wear a swimming costume and wetsuit if you have them, otherwise they will be provided by the school – a towel is also essential.
