This activity combines two disciplines and provides those who practise it with a double benefit: increased flexibility and mobility of the body as well as improved psycho-physical well-being typical of yoga and a strengthening of muscle tone characteristic of Pilates.
By practising yogalates, your muscles will be stretched, more elastic and stronger. This discipline increases muscle strength and relaxes muscle tone at the same time, thus giving your body more flexibility. It enables you to improve your breathing, which benefits your blood circulation and burns many calories, helping you to lose weight - an extra incentive to choose this discipline.
