Cooking Classes

Small working groups are born out of a passion for food and tastes, as well as a desire to be together. They will be led by professional chefs, each with their own gastronomic specialisation. They will teach you a simple recipe, which you can then reproduce after the demonstration.

p>The value of the experience will be expressed in making you the protagonist of putting your hands in the dough, chopping and preparing the ingredients, mixing, baking, decorating and serving.p>Learning and cooking a traditional local recipe will seem like a game to be shared, following step-by-step simple instructions that will lead you to the creation of delicious dishes to be tasted accompanied by good local wine. A direct experience of taste, as well as of culinary creation.
