Description

Marina is a lover of traditional cuisine, an expert in local recipes and at the same time an incomparable storyteller of stories and flavours, with a rare capacity for getting everyone involved.

The house, surrounded by greenery, includes a play area in the garden and one indoors, so the children can have fun together, while the grown-ups get their hands dirty.

The cooking lesson will take place in an intimate, family setting, in the kitchen of a historic country house, situated among the vineyards of the moraine hills, a few kilometres from the lake. Here you will be greeted with a welcome aperitif consisting of fresh produce and wine from Lake Garda.

An informal and convivial situation in which Marina will guide you, step by step, in the making of homemade pasta: from the preparation of the dough to the creation of ravioli, tagliatelle and other types and shapes of pasta.

Together with Marina, you will also prepare the seasoning, chosen from time to time according to the available seasonal products, and a traditional dessert, one step at a time until the final baking.

The experience will continue amidst wine tastings, anecdotes and stories, during a three-course lunch, the one you will have prepared with your own hands. You will thus experience in company a magical moment in which to delight the palate and relive the age-old ritual of sharing food, bringing together young and old around a table, with the good feeling of feeling at home.

Clothing and gear and other notes

It is recommended that you wear comfortable clothing and keep your hair tied back for easy cooking. All tools and an apron will be provided on site.

As soon as you purchase the experience, you will have a chat facility through which you can tell Marina if you have any intolerances or allergies to specific ingredients or if you are a vegetarian.
