A lesson designed to introduce you to the world of meditation: it provides the first basic tools for bringing this practice into your daily life.
You will be introduced to a number of meditation techniques that you will practice together with the teacher: from vipassana to tantric meditation, from the practice of conscious breathing to some relaxation techniques, with mantras and visualisations. You will also try out some specific yoga postures (asanas) that prepare you for meditation.
The route ends with the reading of a spiritual story, in an energetic location such as a park with a view of the lake, close to a historic medieval castle.
