This one-hour Pilates class is designed for people who want to get in touch with their bodies. Using machines such as the reformer and also micro-movements, you will achieve a state of physical and mental wellbeing and balance that will give you a sense of profound harmony.
Personalised breathing and movement control exercises will help you to understand your body. With this class you will acquire correct posture, better muscle stretching and greater flexibility and tone of the body, preventing neck and back pain.
Through conscious and concentrated breathing you can relieve stress and achieve a general sense of well-being. The class takes place in a studio overlooking the lake, a modern and comfortable environment with a warm and cosy atmosphere, where you can treat yourself to a bit of pampering and some time for yourself.
