Description

Participating in a Pizza Experience in a historic 19th-century farmhouse, nestled among the rolling hills of Lake Garda, is much more than a simple cooking class: it is a ritual that engages all the senses. Imagine crossing the threshold of a place where time seems to have stood still, ready to rediscover the secrets of the world's most beloved Italian dish.

It all begins with the dough—a soft, living material to be worked with patience and respect—while the flour dusts the air and your hands learn the ancient gestures of master pizzaioli. The magic continues with the selection of toppings: fragrant tomatoes, crisp vegetables freshly picked from our organic garden, local cheeses, and aromatic herbs growing lushly around the farmhouse. Every ingredient follows the rhythm of the seasons, ensuring the authenticity of farm-to-table (Km 0) products.

Each guest will create their own pizza, a unique masterpiece reflecting their own manual skill and imagination. The wood-fired oven, the beating heart of our historic kitchen, will welcome each creation into its bright flames, releasing that unmistakable scent of freshly baked bread and home-cooked tradition.

The finale? The most anticipated moment: sharing. Sitting together as they did in the old days, under the cool 19th-century porch or surrounded by the greenery of the park, we will enjoy our creations with pride, pairing every bite with a fine glass of local wine and cheerful smiles. In this bucolic setting, a pizza is not just a meal—it is creativity, simplicity, and a piece of true Italian history to experience together.

More info about the Pizza Experience

1. Is it suitable for beginners who have never cooked before?

Absolutely! Our Pizza Experience is designed for everyone, from absolute beginners to food enthusiasts. Our experts will guide you through everything from handling the flour to mastering the wood-fired oven, making the activity fun, accessible, and highly rewarding.

2. Can you accommodate food intolerances or special dietary needs?

Ours is an inclusive and convivial experience. While the workshop is based on wheat flour, we are very attentive to our guests' needs. Upon request at the time of booking, we can provide alternatives for those with specific intolerances (such as lactose or others).

Please note: as the environment contains airborne flour and uses a shared wood-fired oven, we cannot guarantee a 100% contamination-free environment for severe celiacs.

3. What should we bring? Is there a dress code?

You don’t need to worry about a thing—just bring your enthusiasm! We provide everything: aprons, professional tools, and fresh ingredients. Since this is a countryside experience involving flour and the heat of the oven, we recommend comfortable and informal clothing.

4. Can we combine this with other creative activities for groups or team building?

Yes! This food and wine activity pairs beautifully with our Kokedama workshop. Many corporate teams and groups of friends choose to start the afternoon by creating their "moss pearl" and then conclude the day by the fire of the pizza oven.
