The journey begins with three hours dedicated to the complete restoration of body and mind: Turkish bath, sauna, wellness waterfalls, rural spring, and hot tub will envelop you in a regenerating ritual inspired by the ancient Roman concept of Salus per Aquam. The indoor SPA extends into the outdoor park with an open-air swimming pool and a heated tub among centuries-old plants, under the shade of linden trees, immersed in the scents of wild herbs.

After the SPA experience, the journey continues with lunch or dinner that enhances local excellence. Our menu revisits the traditional dishes of Valtenesi, with a special focus on simple and genuine ingredients: garden vegetables, local dairy products, and baked goods. The culinary adventure begins with a careful selection of appetizers combining the specialties of our bakery corner with garden delights and local cheeses.

The first courses, fresh and carefully prepared, gently introduce the bold flavors of the main courses: savory meat dishes. The journey concludes with handcrafted desserts for a final note of pleasure.

Each ingredient is carefully selected from the finest local raw materials, many of which come directly from our farm: seasonal vegetables, extra virgin olive oil from our olive groves, fresh eggs, and homemade jams crafted with passion.

To ensure you have a complete relaxation and wellness experience, we invite you to follow a few guidelines during your stay in our SPA:

• swimsuit. Our SPA is traditional, and therefore wearing a swimsuit is prohibited in the sauna and steam room. In the other areas, guests are free to choose whether or not to wear a swimsuit.

• mobile phone. Out of respect for other visitors and to maintain an atmosphere of tranquility, serenity, and privacy, the use of mobile phones inside the SPA is not allowed.
