2-hour horseback ride through nature and historic villages in the Trentino Dolomites

An expert equestrian guide will accompany you on a 2-hour horseback ride to discover the Giudicarie Valleys, an area between Lake Ledro, Lake Garda and the Adamello-Brenta mountains, through pastures and woods and a small town, listed among the most beautiful villages in Italy.

The experience starts at a magnificent riding school in the valleys of Trentino, where Giorgia, who is passionate about horses and equestrian life, will explain how to approach the horse and how to handle it during the ride. Having acquired this basic information, you will be ready to mount up and enjoy the unspoilt nature and the bond with this majestic and docile animal.

The route runs along easy paths and dirt roads, uphill and downhill: you will enjoy a privileged view of the mountain landscape and the imposing Brenta Dolomites.

Along the itinerary, you will come across the village of Rango, a small hamlet leaning against the mountain, where time seems to have stood still: the typical vaults and stone and wooden houses that characterise the centre evoke the authentic rural spirit that animated the village in previous centuries.

You will then ascend towards the Passo Durone, where the landscape is characterised by the presence of numerous walnut trees, once the main crop in the area, and then slowly descend and close the loop with the return to the riding school.
