Description

An expert mycologist will accompany you on an educational walk in the forest to identify, learn about and study the various species of mushrooms that grow in this environment.

As would-be mushroom hunters, equipped with a stick and basket, you will walk along the forest path with your eyes on the ground to find mushrooms of different shapes and colours, collect them and study them; Stefano will guide you in analysing the morphological characters and observing the similarities and differences between the various species, the result of the extraordinary biodiversity preserved in the forest.

With a bit of luck, you will also pick up some edible varieties, which you can use in the preparation of tasty recipes, and you will learn the criteria for recognising the areas of the forest predisposed to their growth, as well as the plants with which they live in symbiosis.

A pleasant walk in the shadows of the forest, to learn more about the uniqueness of this unique group of living organisms, their atypicality in relation to the plant and animal kingdoms, with which they live in close relation, and the role they play in the balance of the forest ecosystem.
