This bike tour, designed for mountain e-bike enthusiasts and those who want to test themselves along medium-difficulty routes, starts in Torbole.
You will ride along the scenic cycle path that runs alongside the Sarca river to the renowned town of Arco, where you can stop for a few minutes to rest and have a good coffee.
After a quick walk through the old town centre of Arco, famous for its castle set on a cliff, you will cycle uphill on an easy asphalted road towards San Giovanni al Monte (1,000 metres above sea level), to the refuge of the same name where you will have lunch and a little rest before tackling the return journey.
On the way back, the descent on a dirt forest road will require attention and concentration, as well as a firm grip on the bike. The path will lead you to the wonderful natural lake of Tenno, also called Lago Azzurro (Blue Lake) due to the turquoise colour of its waters, set in a picture postcard landscape. Finally, you will return to Torbole through the historic centre of Riva del Garda.
