Aperi-sup tour at sunset at Toscolano Maderno

As the sun sets, the colours change and the air cools on the Gulf of Toscolano Maderno: a marvellous natural setting in which you can dive thanks to a stand-up paddle tour, a summer light fitness experience to share with friends or to enjoy with your family.

If this is your first experience with SUP, the guide will teach you how to paddle safely: from the first positions on your knees or in a seated position to achieving balance in an upright position, so that you are completely independent on the board. All in complete relaxation and at your own pace.

When you return to the beach, you will be offered an aperitif at a beach bar, which you can enjoy while admiring the sunset, savouring the beauty of the experience in the water that has just ended, in a moment of pure fun and cheerful conviviality.

Included: SUP equipment rental and aperitif.

What to bring: swimming costume, towel and a change of dry clothes.

Suitable for everyone, even beginners, as long as they can swim.
