A combined tasting by the glass, and also by the plate, at a family-run organic farm, nestled among the olive groves and vineyards of the Valtenesi region.
You will be offered a number of tastings of home-produced monovarietal oils, differing in quality and taste: you will start with a wine tasting by the glass accompanied with bread and apples of Leccino, Casaliva and Gargnà; and then, Bio Cuvée and flavoured oils.
Marco, founder of the farm and official taster, will present the various products and reveal the secrets of the ancient art of oil production. The tasting will end with the tasting of four organic wines, of the farm's own production: Lugana, Chiaretto, Rosé Brut and Rosso Groppello.
