Description

The particular psychological commitment and emotional involvement required in the act of climbing, are by their nature rich in unique stimuli and sensations, impossible to find in other outdoor activities.

During the course of this activity, a unique relationship is created with the natural element of the rock and with the environment that surrounds us; we are given the opportunity to get to know our strongest emotions: fear, joy, excitement.

More than any other sport, climbing establishes a relationship of trust between climbing partners: each manages the safety of the other in addition to their own, not only while climbing, but also when 'belaying' their friend on the wall.

The slowness of movement, the choice of footholds and supports, using both sight and touch, and proprioceptive skills are the fundamental characteristics of this sport that you will find in this 4-hour crag outing where you will experience basic progression, a basic climbing technique.

This outing offers you the chance to try vertical movement on routes of easy and medium difficulty, as a second partner, and to learn the basics of safety. The experience described takes place in a natural environment to be discovered: the slopes of Monte Castello at Gaino, above Toscolano Maderno.
