The labels on offer can often vary, depending on the vintage, but the sommeliers will choose the best ones for you (such as Groppello vinified in white, Groppello Valtenesi red and Valtenesi sparkling rosé).

The experience reaches its climax with lunch overlooking an organic pool, fed with spring water and home to beautiful aquatic plants that purify the water naturally, without resorting to chemical additives. Amidst dragonflies, water features, beds of colourful flowers and hedges of aromatic herbs, you will be served three different courses made with local products: ideal for a day of sensory discovery and pure relaxation.

The day will continue in relaxation, with the possibility of swimming in the natural bio pool, in a completely natural setting, where the water is pure and pleasant, chlorine-free and surrounded by aquatic plants.
