Sardine fishing on a sailing boat at Lake Garda

An experience designed for fishing enthusiasts: Maurizio, the skipper and owner of the nine-metre sailing boat named Blues, will accompany you on this outing in the late afternoon, when the temperature becomes milder, and the lake sardines are more willing to bite.

The southern basin, between Desenzano and Padenghe, is in fact the point on the lake where fishermen go, especially but not only between May and July, aboard their small boats, to engage in this traditional fishing activity. Thanks to this boat trip, you will take part in this authentic ritual of fishing passion and local tradition.

The necessary equipment, including a fishing rod, is provided by the boat owner. The sailor's galley with a good glass of wine or beer is also included.

Bring your swimming costume, towel, closed toe shoes; windbreaker in cool, windy weather.

Requirements: fishing licence or authorisation issued by the competent authorities required.

No experience required, outing suitable for all.
